The Feast of St Christopher (9 May 2018)
SentenceMy brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of any kind, consider it nothing but joy. (James 1:2)
Collect
Almighty God, your blessed servant Christopher relied on your grace and strength and triumphed over all suffering, he had sacrificed his life to uphold the true faith: we now come before you in gratitude to commemorate him: give us grace O Lord, that we may witness the Lord faithfully all the days of our life, and stand beside him to
receive the crown of life; we ask this through your Son our Lord Jesus Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and for ever. Amen.
