Bishop’s Bible Study Series

"Wanna study the Bible with the Bishop?" Here comes the opportunity!  Bishop Matthias Der invites you to participate in a monthly Bible study meeting led by him and three priests for a period of 12 months with studying of the Acts of the Apostles can. You’re welcome to join the Bible study and strive together with the Bishop for the growth of the church.

Here comes the opportunity!  Bishop Matthias Der invites you to participate in a monthly Bible study meeting led by him and three priests for a period of 12 months.  It is hoped that the studying of the Acts of the Apostles can:

1. Increase believers’ awareness in sharing the gospel and becoming Christ’s disciples, renewing the church;
2. Emphasize that studying the Bible and praying are basic spiritual exercises for believers;
3. Provide an opportunity for church members to share their personal witnesses.

Date:             3^rd Thursday of each month in 2024 (except February and March)

                     (18/7、15/8、19/9、17/10、21/11、19/12)

Time:            7:30 pm

Venue:          July to August  St. John's Cathedral, Li Hall (4 Garden Road, Central Tel: 2523 4157)

                     September to October   St. Peter's Church North Point (23 Fortress Hill Rd, North Point. Tel: 2570  8272)

                      November to December   St Mary's Church (2A Tai Hang Road, Causeway Bay;  Tel: 25761768)

                     **Dinner will be included in the Bible study meeting on the 19th of December at 6:45PM,

                          with the official start of the meeting at 7:30 PM**

Contents:      Witness Sharing, Bible Study, Q & A Session (instead of Group Discussion), Prayers

                     Bible study materials will be provided for the weekly bulletin before each meeting for reference.

Deadline for enrollment: 3 days before each meeting.  Participants may enroll every time or quarterly

(enroll in 3 sessions each time).
