清晨起床，看見陽光，

謝主護我，一夜安康；

現今求主，聽我頌揚，

更求使我，體魄康強。

阿們。

Now I awake and see the light,

Lord, Thou hast kept me through the night.

To Thee I lift my voice and pray

that Thou wilt keep me through the day.

Amen.
